Running Missions With Clanmates

Seems this is the best place to post since we don't have a board specifically for videos. Feel free to move this or delete and I'll repost if that's not the case. Also, I can't seem to direct link since this account is less than 7 days old =P Just plug into a YouTube address or look up "SilentCaay" for my channel.
I've run with clanmates a few times but the other day was the first time I'd been able to record some decent games. These are of myself and Manu1040 running missions:


A rough start since Manu just disappeared right before the mission started but then we get to burnin' cars, blowing stuff up, graffiti taggin' and a flawless showdown at a hold-the-area stage.


Start off with some more car burnings but with a more dramatic entrance and Manu trying to set a flaming car on fire, lol. Pretty nice deathmatch at the end with Manu and I getting the top scores in the game, of course. Also, Hatsune Miku sighting at 8:01! It's a goddamn 'Forcer mobile, though D=<


A short clip of me hitting level 5 notoriety for the first time during the missions! Toward the end of this mission FRAPs dropped a lot of my recording for some reason so that's all I have to post. It's unfortunate because the final mission Manu and I ran together that night had a pretty epic final deathmatch even better than the second video above. I have other videos on my YouTube account, though, just none with clanmates.

Thanks. I've never actually had an issue with FRAPs before. As a tip I got from someone else, I set the video recording button to Scroll Lock so it's out of the way to prevent accidentally pressing it and also the Scroll Lock light acts as an "On Air" indicator so it's pretty easy to tell when it's supposed to be recording. I've never recorded such a long straight session, though, so maybe that's why

This one is with Jahzmhin, |USS|Vector, Liavayn and myself. It starts off a bit slow since there's no opposition at first but the 'Forcers show up right before the final stage so it gets good at 4:02. I had been wondering about criminal "Protect the VIP" missions since I've done a lot of "Assassinate the VIP" missions but this was the first time I'd gotten a "Protect the VIP".


This one is right after the previous one but it's just |USS|Vector and myself active in the mission. Not the most action-packed video I've posted but not bad. The final mission is a "Hold the Briefcase" mission where my driver just disappeared and I didn't even notice at the time =P Vector swooped in to prevent overtime, though, and we got a flawless victory for the final stage.

More videos, this time with TankGirl and iJunchi. I have another video of just me and TankGirl after iJunchi left but it still needs editing and encoding so maybe another day or two for that one. Two loses and a victory. Funny bit at 0:40 with iJunchi distracting me so I didn't realize the next target was right next door, celery? at 6:58, I caught TankGirl tagging up the place at 17:35 and a few other tidbits...

It's all Vocaloid music, 99% of which is Hatsune Miku music. This may be a shock but... I'm a little bit of a Hatsune Miku fan, lol.

After going through my other vids with Tankgirl/AnarchRogue I decided they were lacking decent action so I'm not going to upload them as full missions. I saved some clips for now and when I have enough good clips to make one decent length video I'll upload them.

For today, though, I've got some missions with a friend of mine who's new to APB and to clan Pirate, IkaMusume! Also, a cameo appearance by none other than ShelleRat =D (Actually, despite all the honking, I didn't even notice Shelle there until I was reviewing the footage, lol. A bit too much action going on at the time). Since the APB servers are still unusually laggy I resorted to recording at half res so no full HD. I did upscale it to 720p during transcoding, though, so YouTube wouldn't downscale it to 480p which helps a little.

More clan vids featuring myself, haduJ, AnarchRogue and KuBiX. For once I was recording some great games =P I have a habit of only ever recording crappy to mediocre games and then I kick myself after finishing a string of great ones since I didn't record any of it. These are good, though.

This first one has three missions: the first one we finish in a single objective while holding the area like bosses, the second ends with a hold-the-briefcase final objective that comes down to the wire and the third we pop in right at the end but we totally clean house despite already being in the lead.


Two missions here: the first has a pretty epic final deathmatch which starts off 5v4 in their favor and halfway through becomes 8v4 in their favor but it totally just gives us more targets to rape, lol, (I always call in backup just because it's more fun but I decided against it this time for total humiliation [and also because there would be a high risk of a newb joining and ruining everything =P]) and the second mission is another hold-the-briefcase final objective that's no sweat.

Glitches this time instead of clanmates. Full details are in the video's info section. Those of weak constitution should avoid the nightmare-inducing ragdoll parts, lol.

A mission with Nanda200... Yes, just one mission )= We ran a bunch of them that day but APB minimized during the second mission because of a pop-up from a program running in the background and I didn't realize FRAPs stopped recording because of it so this is the only full mission I have. Sorry, Nanda...

Highlights include a pretty serious lag spike at about 3:15. A Must see.
